The Customer Service Manager provides leadership and direction to the Customer Service team, developing and implementing processes that ensure efficient operations while aligning with corporate objectives and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall customer experience.
  • Oversee the training, development, and performance management of all department personnel, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service delivery.
  • Direct and manage departmental performance to ensure timely resolution of service issues, including oversight of service workflows, scheduling, and backlog management.
  • Provide leadership and accountability for the day-to-day Customer Service function, ensuring accurate order processing, effective service delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure departmental compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the department’s business plans, objectives, and special projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels in the organization to drive alignment, resolve issues, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure a consistent focus on customer experience across the department.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • General understanding of order processing systems and customer service operations.
  • Experience with Paradigm software is an asset.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Window and door industry knowledge is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
